Hard Yakka is committed to providing high-quality workwear, but if your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all products are in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
